Maintenance Schedule
From time to time, it will be necessary to schedule maintenance to support the services we provide. Scheduled maintenance shall mean:
- Any maintenance in the Beacon Technologies data center, including but not limited to servers, software and/or networking infrastructure.
- The customer is notified at least 72 hours in advance.
- The maintenance will occur during a window that begins at mid Friday evening EST and ends midnight Sunday EST.
NOTE: We anticipate that most maintenance should take no longer than two hours and most outages should be much less than that. Whenever possible, we will schedule the maintenance during a time which would effect the fewest clients.
If we anticipate that maintenance will take longer or result in longer outages, we will provide earlier notice.
In the event of an emergency, Beacon Technologies reserves the right to take the required steps to remedy the situation. Such situations cannot be anticipated, but notification of emergency maintenance will be given promptly.
Whenever possible, we shall endeavor to ensure that there are no more than two scheduled outages in a calendar month.
